Strength of Family/Children/ Navigating Family Dynamics/Balance Home Life/You Deserve/Breaking Through Barriers

Yes, it is therapy for the whole or the some of its parts. Initially parents prefer having their child in the session alone, but the goal is to get all family members present. Majority of the times, these sessions are to help family members help each other. This type of therapeutic space is created, for any one in a close relationship to express or to explore, to listen or to speak, to understand and appreciate the other safely and respectfully. The idea is to learn about the needs of the other, find dormant strengths within, and find ways to live together more harmoniously.

Although we make attempts to detach, we are virtually inseparable from the network of relationships that surround us. Why not to build on this network, and figure out a way to better live together, instead of continue on with a battle?

Through my work, I aspire to help children and teenagers to be heard and understood, parents to be respected, and the couple to better manage personal and family diversities.
